Legal basis

Processing is based notably on contract performance (use of the service), your consent where required (certain features such as browser geolocation), and the legitimate interest of NOWWEBTECH (security, service improvement).

Retention period

Data is kept for as long as your account is active, then archived or deleted according to applicable legal obligations. Removed listings and messages may be kept temporarily for moderation or evidence in case of dispute.

Recipients

Your data is accessible to authorised teams at NOWWEBTECH and, where applicable, to our technical providers (hosting, email) strictly for service needs. Some profile or listing information is visible to other users depending on chosen features.

Location and privacy

Exact addresses are not displayed publicly on TALOS. Positions on maps and in messaging are deliberately approximate to protect members' privacy.

Your rights

Cookies
